Wells Aiming To Get Back On Top: Ken Brown

Popular Sprintcar driver Mark Wells is looking to consolidate his position at the top of the AHG Sprintcar Series scorechart over the next few meetings.

Wells won the opening round of the series at The Perth Motorplex and then finished second in round 2 at Collie.

However motor dramas at the next round meant he was not able to even start the A Main and consequently his points tally that night was abysmal.

Wells plummeted from first to seventh in the standings - but a fifth and a fourth since then has seen him move back up to third overall - some 30 points behind the pacesetter David Priolo. Read More
